Participants:
1. Referrers: Customers who are currently using VNG Cloud's products and services and have registered their email on the VNG Cloud Portal.
- For prepaid contracts: Receive a 5% value of the contract after successful signing.
- For postpaid contracts: Receive a 15% value of the first three months of service usage after successful contract signing.
2. Referees: Customers who have not yet registered an account or used VNG Cloud's products.
- Experience trial package on VNG Cloud Portal worth 3,500,000 VND.
- Receive a bonus of 1,000,000 VND upon successful contract signing.

Mar 1, 2023 - Dec 31, 2023.
The program may end earlier than the scheduled time.

Terms & Conditions
1. For Referrers
Referrers will receive a commission for two types of contracts, as follows:
- For prepaid contracts: Receive a 5% commission on the value of the new contract for the Referrer after the contract is successfully signed.
- For postpaid contracts: Receive a 15% commission on the value of the first 3 months of service for the Referrer after the contract is successfully signed.
2. For Referees
- Experience trial package on VNG Cloud Portal worth 3,500,000 VND.
- Referee will receive 1,000,000 VND bonus upon successful contract signing.
*Note
1. The value of the commission bonus is calculated as % of the pre-tax contract value with VNG Cloud.
2. Successful referral is only counted when the Referee or Referee's business generates a need to use VNG Cloud's services.
In cases where only a principle contract is signed, with a contract value but no need for VNG Cloud's services, the Referrer or Referee will not receive a commission reward.
3. The commission reward will be paid to both the Referrer and Referee within 1 working month after the successful contract signing and once the Referee starts using VNG Cloud's services.
Referral Program Details
A. Registration and Confirmation from VNG Cloud

- The Referrer fills in the full information of both the Referrer and Referee. - Then, confirm agreement to the program's terms. | Upon receiving the referrer's registration information, VNG Cloud will verify the information and provide feedback as follows: 1. Confirm whether the registration information is valid or invalid. 2. Specify the reward delivery time (if requirements are met). 3. Specify the reward format and any applicable taxes and fees (if any). 4. Provide any additional important information. |
* In the event that there are multiple Referrers connecting the same entity (whether an individual or a business) to VNG Cloud, we will prioritize based on the order of submission. If a Referrer provides more accurate information that closely aligns with the actual needs of the entity, as well as the capability to successfully sign a contract, the appropriate Referrer will be rewarded.
The timing to determine the order of priority will be based on the time of Referrer's form submission.
B. Responsibilities and Rights of Referrers & Referees
1. The Referrer shares the content of the "Tagline" program with the Referee to ensure a proper understanding of the program rules from VNG Cloud.
2. The Referrer is responsible for facilitating a face-to-face meeting between the Referee and VNG Cloud's sales staff or technical solution specialists to understand the customer's needs.
3. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals by the Referrer. The Referee can only receive the commission once.
4. If the Referee becomes a Referrer, VNG Cloud does not impose any limits on the number of successful referrals.
C. Responsibilities and Rights of VNG Cloud
1. VNG Cloud is responsible for being transparent in receiving and processing payments according to the prize structure for the Referrer & Referee.
2. VNG Cloud is not responsible for filing personal income tax returns on behalf of the Referrer & Referee.
3. Referrers & Referees who receive commissions in the program may be subject to occasional income tax. In such cases, VNG Cloud is responsible for declaring the personal income tax for the Referrer & Referee.
4. At the time of reward payment, the Referrer & Referee are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the "Payment account" status as agreed upon via email beforehand. VNG Cloud is not responsible for any refund if the Referrer & Referee provide incorrect account information.
5. In case of dispute, the decision of VNG Cloud is final and binding to all relevant parties.
