5. Promotion details

The offer is a Resource Package for vCDN product trial worth 12,500,000 VND with up to 25,000 GB of domestic traffic within 45 days on the customer's service account at VNG Cloud Portal.

Application details:

Offer 1: Applies to the subjects specified in Section 6 and registers during the program period.
Offer 2: Applies to the subjects specified in Section 6 and has signed a contract to use vCDN services with VNG Cloud during the program period.

6. Customer eligibility criteria

To be eligible, customers must meet all three of the following conditions:

a. Customers register as new vCDN users on the VNG Cloud platform from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024, or have never used VNG Cloud's vCDN service before, or have canceled the service before December 31, 2023.

b. Applicable to enterprise customers in the following sectors:

Education
Gaming
Logistics
E-commerce
Retail
Professional Services.

c. Enterprise customers that provide full and valid business information to VNG Cloud. Information includes:

Business name
Industry
Tax identification number
Email address for service registration must be a business domain email and/or other necessary information for customer verification as specified in Section 6b.
Service registration account
Phone number.

7. Promotion activation

a. Customers must complete the registration form and agree to the program's terms and conditions. Upon successful registration, customers will receive an email or call from VNG Cloud's customer care department to verify information and conditions within one business day.

b. Registration for the promotion must be done within the promotion period from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024.

c. The deadline for customers to activate the first promotional package is within 30 days upon the receipt date of the successful registration confirmation email from VNG Cloud. If not activated within this period, the promotional package will expire.

d. Offer 1 is valid for 45 days from the date of successful activation. After expiration, if the customer does not switch to paid usage, the entire promotional resource package will be automatically removed from the customer's account and will not be refunded in any form.

8. Terms and Conditions

The program is applicable only to customers within the eligible categories as described in Section 6.
The applicable product in the promotion program is vCDN.
When using VNG Cloud services, customers are required to comply with and agree to VNG Cloud's regulations/policies/terms and commitments posted on the vngcloud.vn website from time to time.
Each customer (enterprise) is entitled to receive the offer only once (01 time) throughout the promotion period.
The offer cannot be combined with other programs from VNG Cloud.
The package is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Customers should use all the traffic in Offer 1 within the specified period. Unused traffic will be reset to 0 before switching to paid usage.
In case the customer exceeds the promotional package limit, the customer is obligated to pay VNG Cloud the corresponding fee for the excess traffic beyond the promotional package limit at the price published at https://portal.vngcloud.vn/.
For full details of the promotion package, please refer to Section 5.
The information received by VNG Cloud on the VNG Cloud system is the basis for determining whether customers meet the conditions of this promotion program.
If VNG Cloud suspects or detects signs of fraud, counterfeiting, speculation, exploitation of promotions, and/or other illegal acts related to this program, VNG Cloud reserves the right not to offer promotions to customers.
The program may end early if VNG Cloud detects signs of speculation, fraud, or manipulation from customers/partners.
In case of disputes, VNG Cloud's decision is final and bound to all relevant parties.

During the trial period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or inquiries they may have.
