Special Promotion up to 20,000,000 VND on VNG Cloud Portal

1. Conditions

Special offer for new customers of VNG Cloud who have not used our services before. The offer is applicable only to vServer and vStorage services with a value of 20,000,000 VND in actual resources for use on the VNG Cloud Portal.
Applicable only to customers who provide complete business information and submit their business domain email.
Applicable only to customers participating in VNG Cloud's advisory activities and events (webinars, education workshops, roundtable discussions, etc.).
Applicable only to businesses that have not previously used VNG Cloud's services.
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions for vServer and vStorage of VNG Cloud.

2. Promotion Period

The special promotion period lasts for 30 days from the activation of the special promotion package through the activation link. The special promotion package will automatically expire after 30 days, and users have the option to switch to paid services.

3. Activation

To activate the special promotion package, users need to complete the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Users will receive an activation link via email, and they must click on this link to start using the promotional service of the program.

4. Limitation on Product Usage

During the special promotional period, users will have access to vServer and vStorage services worth up to 20,000,000 VND.

The applicable product details are as follows:

vServer: Server-Instance Type, DB-Instance Type, Load Balancing, DB-BlockStore, Server-BlockStore.
vStorage: Gold storage, Gold traffic, Gold request, Silver storage, Silver traffic, Silver request, Archive storage, Archive traffic, Archive request, Archive, Traffic international Gold & Silver international.
Not applicable for: vMonitor, vCloudcam, or hardware products.

5. Regulations on Promotion Activation

The activation code will be valid for 30 days from the date of successful code entry.
The activation code will automatically expire after 30 days from the activation date.
Each valid account can only use the gift code once during the program period.
The activation code cannot be combined with multiple resources from different promotional programs.
The activation code is not exchangeable for cash or any other form of transaction.
The gift can only be used on the program's designated platform.
The service must not be used for illegal purposes, activities related to cryptocurrencies, bot installation, or other system attacks.
If any misconduct or fraud is detected, the user will not be allowed to continue participating in the program.

6. Payment

If users choose to continue using the VNG Cloud platform after the special promotional period, they will be billed monthly based on their usage. If users cancel their account before the end of the promotional period, they will not incur any charges.

7. Termination

VNG Cloud reserves the right to terminate the special promotional program at any time and for any reason. If the promotional package is terminated due to a violation of the terms and conditions, users may be charged for any usage that exceeds the allocated resources of 20,000,000 VND.

8. Support

During the special promotional program, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or questions they may have.

VNG Cloud only provides resources to customers who meet the specified conditions.

By accepting the terms and conditions of the special promotion program, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the policies and agree to comply with the terms of the policy.
