Promotion Policy for "Optimize DevOps Performance with Terraform and API"

1. Conditions

Free trial is available for new customers of VNG Cloud who have not used the service before.
The trial is only available for vServer and vStorage, with values ranging from 3,500,000 to 20,000,000 VND (equivalent to the actual resources utilized on the VNG Cloud Portal, ranging from VND 3,500,000 to VND 20,000,000).
Applicable only to customers who complete business information and provide a business email domain.
Applicable only to enterprises who have not previously used VNG Cloud's services.
The "Optimal Performance for DevOps with Terraform and API" program cannot be combined with other VNG Cloud trial programs.

2. Trial Period

The trial period will be valid for 30 days starting from the activation of the trial version using the activation link. After 30 days, the trial version will expire automatically, and users will have the option to switch to paid services.

Some important notes when registering for the promotion:

Upon completing the registration process, an email containing the promotion code and activation link will be sent to you.
The promotion program will be available until August 14, 2023.
This promotion code cannot be combined with any other ongoing programs.
In case of any disputes, the final decision of VNG Cloud will prevail.

3. Activation

To activate the trial, users must complete the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of the free trial. An activation link will be sent to the user via email, which needs to be clicked on to initiate the trial.

4. Limitations on Product Usage

During the trial period, users will have access to specific vServer and vStorage services valued from 3,500,000 to 20,000,000 VND.

Details of trial products are as follows:

vServer: Server-Instance Type, DB-Instance Type, Load Balancing, DB-BlockStore, Server-BlockStore (excluding GPU configuration).
vStorage: Gold storage, Gold traffic, Gold request, Silver storage, Silver traffic, Silver request, Archive storage, Archive traffic, Archive request, Archive, Gold & Silver international traffic.
Not applicable: Other products of VNG Cloud such as vMonitor, vCloudcam, vContainer, etc.

5. Regulations for Promotion Activation

Customers are required to register for the program using the provided form by VNG Cloud. We will receive the information, provide direct advice, and support customers in building configurations based on their actual enterprise needs.
Each valid account can only use the promotional code once during the promotion period.
Customers are prohibited from using the service for illegal purposes, engaging in activities related to cryptocurrency, installing bots, or attacking other systems.
If any misconduct or fraud is detected, the user will no longer be eligible to participate in the program.

6. Payment

If users decide to continue using the VNG Cloud platform after the trial period, they will be billed monthly according to their usage. However, if they cancels their account before the trial period ends, no charges will be incurred.
After the trial period, customers may be eligible for free service usage ranging from 1 to 3 months, depending on the terms of use and the value of the customer's contract.

7. Termination

VNG Cloud reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time and for any reason. If the trial is terminated due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the user may be charged for any usage exceeding the VND 20,000,000 resource limit.

8. Support

During the trial period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or inquiries they may have.
