Promotion policy for "Enjoy 500GB of cloud storage a month when purchasing any HPE server"

From October 30th to December 31st.

When purchasing any physical server system from HPE, new customers of VNG Cloud will receive 500GB of storage capacity per month from the vStorage solution – VNG Cloud's multi-layered cloud storage solution, for 12 months.
In addition, customers also have the opportunity to receive 100 Microsoft Office 365 accounts, 1TB of system files from Storware, and 10 virtualized servers.
This promotion cannot be combined with other trial programs of VNG Cloud.

For all new customers of VNG Cloud, when purchasing any HPE server during the promotion period, they will receive a package of promotions from VNG Cloud, Storware, and CSC.
It applies only to customers providing complete and valid business information to VNG Cloud, including Business name, Business registration number, Full name, business email domain, and/or other necessary information for authentication.
The registration for the promotion must be within the program period from October 30, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

To activate the promotion, users must complete the registration form with full information, agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Subsequently, VNG Cloud staff will contact and guide you at the registered phone number.
Licenses and user guides, along with all instructional materials, will be sent to you via the registered email.
The trial period will last for 12 months from the date the customer successfully activates. The promotion package will automatically expire after 12 months, and users have the right to choose to switch to paid services.
At the end of the term, if the customer does not switch to a paid form of usage, all promotional resources will be automatically removed from the customer's account and will not be refunded in any form.
The information VNG Cloud receives from you is the basis for determining whether you meet the conditions of this promotional program.
When using VNG Cloud services, customers are obliged to comply with the regulations/policies posted on the vngcloud.vn website at different times.

In case customers exceed the limit of the promotional package per month, they can go to the VNG Cloud Portal to purchase additional capacity and pay at the quoted prices of VNG Cloud.
The promotional value is non-refundable and has no cash redemption value.

The program may end before the scheduled time if:

In case of disputes over benefits, VNG Cloud's decision is final and applicable to all parties.

During the trial period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or questions.
