1. Trial Conditions

• Free trial available for new customers of VNG Cloud platform who have not previously used any services. The trial is only applicable to vServer and vStorage services and is valued from 3,500,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND (equivalent to the actual resources used on VNG Cloud Portal, ranging from 3,500,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND).
• Applicable only to customers who provide full business information and a business email domain.
• Applicable only to businesses that have not used VNG Cloud services before.
• It cannot be combined with other trial programs of VNG Cloud.

2. Trial Period

The trial period lasts for 30 days from the time users activate the trial using the activation link. The trial will automatically expire after 30 days, and user have the choice to convert the trial to paid services.

Some notes when registering for the promotion:

• An email with the promotion code will be sent to you after completing the registration process.
• The promotion code cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The promotion program lasts until December 31, 2023.
• In case of dispute, the final decision of VNG Cloud shall prevail.

3. How to Activate

To activate the trial, users need to complete the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of the free trial. An activation link will be sent to users via email, and users must click on the link to start the trial.

4. Limitations on Product Usage

During the trial period, users will have access to vServer services (including vStorage services) valued from 3,500,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND.

Applicable trial product details:

• vServer: Server-Instance Type, DB-Instance Type, Load Balancing, DB-BlockStore, Server-BlockStore; GPU configurations are not applicable.
• vStorage: Gold storage, Gold traffic, Gold request, Silver storage, Silver traffic, Silver request, Archive storage, Archive traffic, Archive request, Archive, Traffic international Gold & Silver international.
• Not applicable for: vMonitor, vCloudcam, or hardware products.

5. Regulations for Trial Activation

• Customers will register through the form provided by VNG Cloud. We will receive the information and directly advise and support customers in building configurations according to their actual needs.
• Each valid account can only use the gift code once during the program.
• Customers must not use the service for illegal purposes, activities related to cryptocurrency, install bots, or attack other systems.
• If any violation or fraud is detected, the user will no longer be eligible to participate in the program.

6. Payment

If users decide to continue using the VNG Cloud platform after trial period, they will be billed monthly according to their usage. If users cancel their accounts before the end of the promotion period, no charges will be incurred.

After the trial period, customers are given a free time to use the service from 1-3 months, depending on the terms of use and the value of the customer's contract.

7. Termination

VNG Cloud reserves the right to terminate the trial at its discretion and without prior notice. In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, the user may be liable for charges incurred beyond the allocated VND 20,000,000 resource usage.

8. Support

During the trial period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or questions.
