• In case of any disputes, the final decision of VNG Cloud will prevail.

II. Trial Promotion Policy worth 3,500,000 VND on VNG Cloud Portal

1. Trial Conditions

• Free trial is available for new customers of VNG Cloud platform who have not previously used any services. The trial is only applicable to vServer and vStorage services and is valued at $150 USD (equivalent to 3,500,000 VND actual resources used on VNG Cloud Portal).
• Applicable only to customers who provide full business information and a business email domain.
• Applicable only to customers attending VNG Cloud's consulting activities and events (webinars, education workshops, roundtable conferences, etc.).
• Applicable only to customers who have not used VNG Cloud's services before.
• It cannot be combined with other trial programs for vServer and vStorage services of VNG Cloud.

2. Trial Period

The trial period is valid for 14 days starting from the activation of the special promotion package via the activation link. After 14 days, the trial will expire automatically, and users have the option to switch to paid services.

3. How to Activate

To activate the trial, users must complete the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Users will receive an activation link via email and must click on this link to start using the promotional services.

4. Limitations on Product Usage

5. Regulations for Trial Activation

• The activation code will be valid for 30 days from the successful code entry date.
• The activation code will automatically expire after 14 days from the activation date.
• Each valid account can only use the gift code once during the program.
• Activation codes cannot be combined with multiple resources from different offers.
• The activation code cannot be redeemed for cash or other transactions.
• The gift can only be used at the program's designated link.

6. Payment

During the trial period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or questions.

VNG Cloud only provides resources to customers who meet the above conditions.
