I. Special program for corporate customers attending the event "Smart Retailing: When Touchpoints Turn Into Tipping Points" on April 21st

1. Applicable Customers
  • This promotion is exclusively for corporate customers attending the event "Smart Retailing: When Touchpoints Turn Into Tipping Points" organized by VNG Cloud on April 21st.
  • It applies to Retail businesses with a chain model (having 10 stores or more).
  • Applicable area: Ho Chi Minh City. For customers with retail stores in the Northern region, support will be provided upon determination of the store location and specific needs.
  • Participating businesses are required to complete the business information and provide specific camera monitoring needs to ensure the installation process aligns with their requirements. Please fill out the following information form to successfully sign up.
  • The vCloudcam program is limited to only 10 customers. VNG Cloud will notify the eligible customers for the program.
  • Customers should have camera equipment, infrastructure, and a minimum upload bandwidth of 3Mbps per camera. vCloudcam engineers will provide support for deployment based on the information provided by customers.
  • It cannot be combined with other vCloudcam promotions.
2. Details of The Special Promotion Package
  • Free 2 months of vCloudcam usage - Storage and video playback service.
  • HD quality (1280x720) for 60 days with a maximum of 100 cameras for up to 5 stores.
  • The value of the 720p License package for 60 days is equivalent to 401,000 VND.
  • The total value of the program for each customer is up to 40,100,000 VND for 2 months of usage.
  • After 2 months (from the completion of installation), customers have the option to extend the service usage.

II. Special Promotion Policy worth 20,000,000 VND on VNG Cloud Portal

1. Promotion Conditions
  • The special promotion package is for new customers of the VNG Cloud platform who have not used the service before. The promotion package is only applicable to vServer and vStorage services and has a value of 20,000,000 VND of actual resources used on the VNG Cloud Portal.
  • Applicable only to customers who provide full business information and the business domain email.
  • Applicable only to customers attending consulting activities and events organized by VNG Cloud (webinars, education workshops, roundtable conferences, etc.).
  • Applicable only to businesses that have not used VNG Cloud services before.
  • It cannot be combined with other vServer and vStorage promotions from VNG Cloud.
2. Promotion Period

The special promotion period is valid for 30 days starting from the activation of the special promotion package via the activation link. After 30 days, the special promotion package will expire automatically, and users have the option to switch to paid services.

3. How to Activate

To activate the special promotion package, users must complete the registration form and agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Users will receive an activation link via email and must click on this link to start using the promotional services.

4. Limitations on Product Usage
  • During the special promotion period, users will have access to vServer and vStorage services worth up to 20,000,000 VND.
  • Applicable product details:
    • vServer: Server-Instance Type, DB-Instance Type, Load Balancing, DB-BlockStore, Server-BlockStore.
    • vStorage: Gold storage, Gold traffic, Gold request, Silver storage, Silver traffic, Silver request, Archive storage, Archive traffic, Archive request, Archive, Traffic international Gold & Silver international.
    • Not applicable: vMonitor, vCloudcam, or hardware products.
5. Regulations for Promotion Activation
  • The activation code will be valid for 30 days from the successful code entry date.
  • The activation code will automatically expire after 30 days from the activation date.
  • Each valid account can only use the gift code once during the program.
  • The activation code cannot be redeemed for cash or other transactions.
  • Activation codes cannot be combined with multiple resources from different offers.
  • The gift can only be used at the program's designated link.
  • Services cannot be used for illegal purposes, activities related to cryptocurrencies, bot installations, or other system attacks.
  • If any misconduct or fraud is detected, the user will no longer be eligible to participate in the program.
6. Payment

If users decide to continue using the VNG Cloud platform after the special promotion period, they will be billed monthly according to their usage. If users cancel their accounts before the end of the promotion period, no charges will be incurred.

7. Termination

VNG Cloud reserves the right to terminate the special offer at any time and for any reason. If the offer is terminated due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the user may be billed for any usage exceeding the 20,000,000 VND resource.

8. Support

During the special offer period, users will have access to VNG Cloud's customer support team for assistance with any issues or questions.

VNG Cloud only provides resources to customers who meet the aforementioned conditions.

By accepting the terms and conditions of the special offer, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the policy and agree to comply with its terms.
